Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment through the carrier link provided.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates or product prices.

Shipping Address: Please double-check your address at checkout — we're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you spot an error, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before it ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, or if it's delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us within 14 days, and we'll help trace it with the carrier.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
